Jack Schlossberg, John F. Kennedy’s only grandson, hit the big time.
John Bouvier Kennedy “Jack” Schlossberg, who is the only grandson of John F. Kennedy, was one of the speakers at the 2020 Democratic National Convention in August. Other speakers included former President Barack Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, New York Gov. Tony Evers, and others.
Jack and his mother, Caroline Kennedy, said they would vote for Joe Biden for president.
As it turns out, Jack has taken a stand on political issues and topics before. He has written in The Washington Post, The New York Times, and Time Magazine against conservative politicians.
In his speech at the convention, Jack talked about what his grandfather, the 35th President of the United States, said when he accepted the nomination for president 60 years ago. He said, “Times have changed, but the themes of my grandfather’s speech—courage, unity, and patriotism—are as important today as they were in 1960.”
Many people couldn’t help but comment on how good he looks, which stood out a bit more than their interest in his political views. It turns out that Jack looks a lot like his grandfather and his uncle John F. Kennedy Jr., who died in a plane crash in 1999.
“Then good looks really do run in the family!” What a beautiful man. “I bet his grandfather is so proud,” someone wrote.
“I gasped. His father, Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg’s son, looks a lot like her late brother, JFK, Jr. “Wow,” wrote another user.
Getting his degree in history from Yale University in 2015 was his goal.
He went to Harvard Law School in the fall of 2017 and Harvard Business School in the fall of 2018.
“The history of public service in my family inspires me,” Schlossberg said in his first live interview on Today in 2017. “I’m really proud of it.”
In 2022, he graduated from college. In April 2023, he told everyone that he had passed the bar exam in New York State.
He’s very close to his mom. From 2013 to 2017, she was the U.S. ambassador to Japan, and her son was seen with her there more than once.
At one point, he worked as a Senate page and intern, just like his mother did, and was coached by former Secretary of State John Kerry. Kerry once said of him, “A sense of humor is not genetic, but apparently in the Kennedy family it can be inherited.” This trait seems to stay with Jack Schlossberg, President Kennedy’s grandson.
The news said that he and his longtime girlfriend, yoga teacher and studio owner Krissy Jones, broke up in 2019. He’s said to be seeing someone else, a girl he met at a festival.
Jack really likes Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The actor got a video message from Jack for his 27th birthday as a surprise after learning that Jack was interested in him. “It was the best day of my life,” Jack said over and over again.
Whether you agree with Jack’s politics or not, there is no doubt that he is a nice young man who wants to carry on his grandfather’s work.
