Chumlee from Pawn Stars was arrested and is currently serving a significant prison term.

According to reports, Austin Lee Russell, better known to fans as Chumlee, told a judge on Monday that he would take a plea deal on charges including drugs and guns from a police raid on his Las Vegas residence in March.

Russell will submit a guilty plea to one count of attempting to possess a banned narcotic, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. A second felony weapon charge will be upheld as part of the plea deal.

Russell also has to complete three years of probation, attend counseling, and turn over any weapons or narcotics found on his premises.

Police claimed they discovered 12 firearms, a plastic bag containing marijuana, and a trace amount of methamphetamine during Russell’s arrest on March 9.

According to accounts, the weapons discovered included handguns, rifles, and an MP5 assault rifle. Police were at Russell’s house investigating a sexual assault. He was released on bond after paying $62,000 but was not charged in the sexual assault case.

According to Fox News, if Russell, 33, continues to be trouble-free, the criminal case against him will be dismissed. If he doesn’t, he may get two to five years in state prison.

Russell will make a plea when he next appears in court.

Investigators also found Xanax pills with a prescription in his home.

Russell’s attorney, David Chesnoff, stated that the reality star is willing to put the incident behind him.

Chesnoff said in a statement: “We will be reviewing what was allegedly found and whether the alleged search was lawful in a courtroom, not in public.” Because of our trust in the judicial system, Austin and I are confident that the situation will be settled properly.

Russell has a reputation for throwing wild parties.

One insider claimed, “He smokes a lot of pot and has a gun.”

The History Channel has declined to comment, but the network that airs Pawn Stars claimed last week that “for the time being, they are just letting the court system play out.”
